This theater dates back to 1916 and was built atop the fire-ravaged Priest Hotel that once stood. It has been said that the spirits of the fire victims still linger in the theater. A former theater worked named Red is one of the friendly ghosts that reside here. Witnesses have claimed to hear his whispers and have seen his shadowy figure. He has appeared walking about the stage area. A female spirit has also been reported here. The theater was even featured on an episode of TV's "Most Terrifying Places in America."
