The St. Valentine's Day Massacre took place in 1929 at the factory building that once stood at this site. Inside the red brick building, seven men were gunned down execution style by Al Capone's men. In 1972, the building was turned into a 1920's themed club. Witnesses have reported seven shadowy figures that appear amid the sound of machine gunfire. Today the location is part of a parking lot for a nursing home.
