The ghosts that are said to linger this cemetery include several robed monks who wander the grounds, chanting in Latin, and a phantom horse and carriage that is presumed to date back to 1897. A dancing woman wearing white has also been spotted here.

    I visited this cemetery yesterday and as soon as I entered I developed a headache and nausea as well. So much so that I had to reaearch it later and sure enough found this recent post. Interesting…

  • This place is creepy

    Many years ago I went on a ghost hunting trip and St. James cemetery was one of the places we stopped. As soon as our bus pulled in to that place, I became so nauseous and my head was pounding. I was so sick to my stomach, I don’t remember much of what the tour guide said about the place. I needed to get out of there. The energy was so strong with negativity and I felt like I couldn’t breathe either. We no sooner left there, my headache stopped and I was no longer feeling sick to my stomach. It was an experience I’ll never forget!
